Background:

BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCES:

I am of mixed parentage (Gulf/ German). I was born in Kerema, Gulf Province of Papua New Guinea.

I completed my grade 12 at Port Moresby International School. I began painting full-time in 2003 and since then have been featured in several group and solo exhibitions both locally and internationally.

As an accomplished live painter, I have performed at various occasions such as:
- The Shanghai World Exposition 2010,
- The musical theater production Feather; which featured in the New York Musical Theater Festival Off-Broadway in 2013,
- The APEC SME Summit in Manila Philippines in 2015 among others.

For the past decade I've worked mostly as a fine artist with various mediums. I have participated in over 50 exhibitions/shows both within Papua New Guinea and Internationally, including galleries in Shanghai, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Hawaii, New York & London.

I also have experience in theater, film, photography and graphic design. I enjoy collaborating with other artists and developing creative concepts, artwork, exhibitions and shows.

I have been privileged to have contributed to help raised over half a million PNG Kina for various charities and organizations. Some of those avenues include:
- The PNG Red Cross,
- Kokoda Track Foundation,
- Karem Belle,
- Susu Mamas,
- The Voice,
- PNG Medical Research Institute,
- UNHCR.

I am the Founder and president of the Contemporary Arts Association 28Kreativ, and am also a board member of the Massim Museum and Cultural Centre of Milne Bay.

Currently, I reside in Alotau, Milne Bay Province, PNG.
